  • Liz Smailes – A seasoned hospitality and marketing expert, specializing in strategic brand development and communications.
  • Neil Shorthouse – A highly regarded hospitality consultant, recognized for his expertise in leadership development, talent acquisition, and training within the luxury hospitality sector.
  • Fathimath Umar – A senior lecturer in culinary arts at Villa College and an accomplished Executive Chef.
  • Ibrahim Asim (IB) – A destination marketing specialist with over two decades of experience in promoting tourism and hospitality.
  • Ali Naafiz – Editor of Hotelier Maldives, with extensive experience in public relations, communications, and hospitality industry reporting.

  • Judging Process (Feb 20 – Mar 10, 2025)
    Independent industry experts will evaluate nominees based on set criteria, with scores contributing 60% to the final results.
  • Finalists Announcement (Mar 20, 2025)
    Shortlisted nominees will be revealed before the public voting phase begins, recognizing outstanding contributions to the hospitality sector.
  • Public Voting (Mar 20 – Apr 20, 2025)
    The public will have the opportunity to cast their votes, accounting for 40% of the final score, alongside judges’ evaluations.
  • Awards Ceremony (May 2025)
    The winners will be honoured at a prestigious gala event, celebrating excellence in the Maldives hospitality industry.
