Our Process
How we do it
Our team is a dynamic group of passionate individuals dedicated to delivering exceptional results.
Customer Service
In an import driven economy (with low levels of manufacturing and agriculture), unexpected demand patterns are bound to occur rather frequently. Customers typically experience unexpected surges in guest arrivals, sudden shortage of a regular product, logistic difficulties owing to weather patterns – the list is endless.
Over years of operating in this environment, we at BBM, understand these difficulties and customer pain points. We listen to customers, anticipate potential issues, and go the extra mile to accommodate non-routine requirements.
Distribution Network
The unique geography of the Maldives, with its vast expanse of water and numerous islands, presents distinct logistical challenges. BBM has developed an extensive distribution network that operates over land, sea, and air.
Our capabilities include handling ambient, chilled, and frozen products. We have a dedicated team that efficiently manages warehousing and deliveries via roads, jetties, and airports to reach customers across the nation.
Supply Chain
Supply chain planning is a critical component of our business. We consider numerous variables during each part of the process, from demand planning to sourcing, procurement, shipping, storage, and customer delivery.
Coordination with manufacturers, freight companies, port authorities, and customs officials is essential to our daily operations. Over the years, we have mastered the art of supply chain management, optimizing warehousing and distribution parameters. 123
